Cancellation Policy – Induction courses, Seminars, Private Tuition

Induction courses
72hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend and wish to receive a refund. However, if you simply cannot attend that date, then we can move it the next available date which is at our discretion.

No refunds will be given for cancellations later than 72hrs notice.

Seminars
7 days’ notice must be given if you cannot attend and wish to receive a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the 7-day notice period.

Private Tuition
48hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the 48 hrs notice period.
